I think we should consider creating an active community service center, whether it's midtown or not .This would be "staffed" by volunteers:
and free to all: tutoring for childen, legal advice could include directing people toward the proper professional, assistance with finding appropriate
medical treatment, running periodic food drives and meeting reasonable needs as they arise. We could start small and go from there.
