Nancy Rakoczy--"Dancing Weavings" part of Figment on Governor's Island

Hi Friends,

 

I was on Governor's Island this past weekend as a part of FIGMENT, a celebration of the arts. I took along my giant loom for "Dancing Weavings," and encouraged people to weave discarded plastic bags and tablecloths. You might notice the last item especially, since it was last seen gracing the tables at Saint Peter's during Voices 3.
